Seeking an ambitious NP/PA to join a leading Urgent Care team in the Permian Basin, focusing on high-quality patient care.
Assess and treat acutely ill patients with skills in minor procedures such as lacerations, incision and drainage, and toenail removals.
Communicate effectively with a diverse patient population, provide counseling, and offer guidance.
Recognize and evaluate disease processes, prescribe medications per guidelines, and perform diagnostic testing as needed.
Maintain current clinical knowledge and pursue ongoing education to enhance practice and competency.
Work in person in Midland, TX, with relocation required before start date.
Full-time position with a salary range of $130,000 to $165,883.29 annually. Benefits include 401(k) with matching, health, dental, vision, and life insurance, along with a flexible schedule.
