Lead a team of 11 providers at a Level 3 trauma center, overseeing diverse cases in surgery, ortho, OB, peds, and GI. Enjoy autonomy with CRNAs working independently under clinical oversight, and participate in quality initiatives and protocol development.
Schedule is Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM, with 40-hour weeks, call response within 30 minutes (CRNA handles first call), post-call days off, and 13 weeks of protected time off annually.
Compensation ranges from $625,000 to $650,000 yearly (1099), with signing bonuses ($20K-$50K), tail coverage, liability insurance, CME stipend, and optional benefits.
