Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant with wound care expertise for a PRN, mobile role in Flint, MI.

  • Perform advanced wound assessments, diagnose, and treat chronic wounds, ulcers, and skin conditions in various settings.
  • Conduct procedures such as debridement and dressing changes, and educate patients and caregivers on wound management.
  • Document accurately using EMR systems and collaborate with healthcare teams.
  • Work independently with a flexible schedule, traveling within the service area, and receive competitive hourly pay of $55-$62/hr, with mileage reimbursement or a company vehicle.

    • Qualifications include a current MI NP license, board certification (preferred), and at least 1 year of wound care or home health experience. Strong clinical judgment and willingness to travel are essential. Benefits include flexible scheduling and paid time off.
