Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant

Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant with wound care expertise to join our mobile healthcare team in Flint, MI. This PRN position involves conducting bedside assessments, diagnosing and treating chronic wounds, performing minor procedures, and educating patients and caregivers in various settings including post-acute, home, and facilities.

Key responsibilities include accurate documentation, collaborating with the medical team, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate has an active MI NP license, board certification (AGNP, FNP, or Adult NP preferred), and at least one year of wound care, home health, or geriatric experience.

Work hours are flexible, Monday through Friday, with pay ranging from $55 to $62 per hour, and benefits include flexible scheduling, paid time off, and mileage reimbursement or a company vehicle. Must have a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the service area.
