We are seeking a compassionate Physiatrist to join our outpatient multidisciplinary team in Middletown, NY.

  • Provide comprehensive non-surgical musculoskeletal, neurological, and rehabilitative care, including EMG studies and procedures.
  • Perform thorough evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with physical therapy and other specialists.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
  • Qualifications include MD/DO, board certification or eligibility in PM&R, active NY license, and outpatient experience.
