Job Description

We are seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a part-time/PRN role to assess, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders in patients’ homes.


  • Work with patients experiencing cognitive-communication and swallowing issues due to stroke, brain injury, illness, surgery, injury, or dementia.
  • Conduct initial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure continuous patient care.
  • Record notes and update health information systems accurately.


    • Requirements include current SLP licensure and a valid driver’s license. The position offers flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and benefits such as 401(k), continuing education, dental and vision insurance, mileage reimbursement, and paid time off.


    This role requires relocation to State College, PA before starting work. Schedule is Monday to Friday, with work primarily on the road.
