Job Description

Part-time/PRN licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) needed to assess, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders in patients’ homes.


Responsibilities include conducting initial assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, collaborating with the care team to ensure continuity of care, and documenting in health records.


Work with patients experiencing cognitive-communication and swallowing issues after events like stroke, TBI, illness, surgery, or dementia.


Requires current SLP licensure and a valid driver’s license. The role offers flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and benefits such as 401(k), continuing education, dental and vision insurance, mileage reimbursement, and paid time off.


Work schedule: Monday to Friday, primarily on the road. Must be willing to relocate to State College, PA before starting.
