Job Description
We are seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a part-time/PRN role to assess, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders in patients’ homes.
Responsibilities include conducting initial assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, collaborating with the care team to ensure continuity of care, and documenting patient progress in health records.

Work involves travel within the assigned area, with a requirement to relocate to State College, PA before starting.
