Join Local MD Urgent Care as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, supporting our rapid expansion across Illinois and Indiana.

Responsibilities include providing exceptional patient care, maintaining accurate records, handling scheduling and testing, managing urgent, primary, and occupational health cases, and communicating with employers on workers’ comp cases. You will perform screenings, physical exams, order and interpret tests, prescribe treatments, and ensure quality care adhering to company standards.

Qualifications: Valid NP or PA license and board certification, BLS certification (ACLS preferred), with at least one year of urgent care experience preferred.

Offerings include full-time, part-time, or PRN roles with a pay rate of $60-$80/hour, along with benefits such as 401(k), health, dental, vision, life insurance, paid time off, and flexible scheduling.

Work is in person in Decatur, IL, requiring relocation and commuting, with day shifts available.
