Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Job Description

Seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to join a rapidly expanding urgent care team across Illinois and Indiana.

Responsibilities include providing exceptional patient care, maintaining accurate records, managing urgent, primary, and occupational health cases, and communicating with employers on workers’ comp cases.

You will perform screenings, physical exams, order and interpret tests, prescribe treatments, and ensure documentation meets standards.

Qualifications require a valid license, board certification, BLS (required), and ACLS (preferred). Prior urgent care experience is preferred.

Work is in person in Decatur, IL, with relocation required before starting. Shift availability is day shifts.
