As a Clinical Nurse, you will provide competent, patient-centered care in a hospital setting, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to meet patient needs.
Responsibilities include participating in patient and family education, evaluating and adjusting care plans, managing complex cases, and promoting safety and quality improvements.
The role requires assessing patient data, prioritizing care, and facilitating discharge planning while incorporating cultural considerations.
Qualifications include graduation from a nursing program, active RN licensure in North Carolina, BLS certification, and at least one year of nursing experience.
This full-time, night-shift position offers onsite work with standard hours of 36 per week, focusing on delivering high standards of care and community impact.
