We are hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) specialized in geriatric psych for a growing provider supporting over 600 long-term care facilities across multiple states.
Part-Time or Full-Time positions available in Union Grove, WI, with flexible daytime hours, Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities include providing direct psycho-social services, conducting evaluations, diagnosis, and treatment of nursing home residents through individual, group, and family therapies.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care, documentation per Medicare guidelines, and support patient outcomes.
Qualifications include an LCSW license, Master’s degree, 1-2 years’ experience, and proficiency with technology.
Preferred experience in healthcare settings like nursing homes and familiarity with Medicare standards.
