Job Description
The Therapist provides intensive residential therapeutic services to children and adolescents with psychiatric disorders, utilizing a therapeutic model in individual, group, and family settings.
Engages in therapeutic activities, collaborates with a multidisciplinary team, and develops treatment plans with clients and families.
Assists in discharge planning, aftercare, and transition processes, and monitors client satisfaction.
Participates in assessments, treatment planning, and reports incidents as needed.
Requires a Master’s degree in Behavioral Sciences, valid driver’s license, and licensure/certification (e.g., LCMFT, LCPC, LPC, LMFT, LMSW, LSCSW). Must be at least 21 years old.
