Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated RN for the Acute Care – Cardiac Telemetry unit, full-time day shift in Roswell, GA.
Provide comprehensive nursing care to cardiac telemetry patients, monitoring vital signs and cardiac rhythms.
Assess patient conditions, develop and implement individualized care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Educate patients and families on condition management and health maintenance.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety protocols, and regulatory standards.
