We are seeking a dedicated RN to join our team at Stone Oak Surgery Center in San Antonio, TX.
Provide high-quality preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative nursing care to surgical patients.
Assess patient conditions, develop care plans, and monitor vital signs and responses to treatment.
Coordinate with surgical teams to ensure safety and efficiency during procedures.
Educate patients and families on procedures, recovery, and post-op care.
Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and infection control standards.
Document patient care accurately and promptly.
