Job Description

Seeking a qualified Doctor of Medicine | Cardiology – General/Other for a locum tenens position in Issaquah, WA.

Job involves inpatient care with a focus on interventional cardiology, including procedures like cardiac cath, angioplasty, and stent placement.

Shift schedule includes 5 weeknights and 1 weekend/month, with coverage from 7p-7a (Seattle) and 7a-7p (Issaquah). Call response time is 20 mins via beeper, with 1-2 phone consults daily.

Patient volume is 5-7, with procedures averaging 3-4 per day. Rounding patients, lab work, and on-site diagnostics are included.

Requirements: active WA license or IMLC, BC, ACLS, BLS. Benefits include covered travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance.
