Job Description
We are seeking Board Certified Geriatricians, Internists, and Family Practitioners to provide comprehensive on-site medical care in post-acute, rehabilitation, long-term care, and assisted living settings.
Responsibilities include face-to-face primary care, participating in educational sessions, and collaborating with healthcare teams. Our goal is to enhance access, remove barriers, and deliver state-of-the-art care to improve patient outcomes.
