Job Description
We are seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner for a full-time primary care and inpatient role, focusing on geriatrics, internal medicine, and primary care.
Salary: $120,000-$130,000 annually
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9-5 with flexible hours, no weekends
Work in skilled nursing facilities, providing preventive and acute care
Manage patient evaluations, diagnoses, treatment plans, and medication prescriptions, including controlled substances
Utilize EMR, dashboards, and telehealth for patient management
Collaborate with staff and PCPs, complete documentation, and submit billing accurately
