Job Description

This leadership role reports directly to the Nursing Director and involves hands-on nursing supervision as a full-time Evening Charge Nurse (2pm-10pm).

  • Responsibilities include developing and coordinating person-centered care programs, training staff, managing resident care, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

  • Key duties involve assessments, care planning, medication management, maintaining resident records, and overseeing staff scheduling, hiring, and training.

  • Requires a Registered Nurse (RN) license, CPR certification, and at least 2 years of nursing experience, including working with residents with dementia.

  • Must demonstrate strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and on-call shifts.
