Job Description
This leadership role reports directly to the Nursing Director and involves hands-on nursing supervision as a full-time Evening Charge Nurse (2pm-10pm).
Responsibilities include developing and coordinating person-centered care programs, training staff, managing resident care, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Key duties involve assessments, care planning, medication management, maintaining resident records, and overseeing staff scheduling, hiring, and training. Requires a Registered Nurse (RN) license, CPR certification, and at least 2 years of nursing experience, including working with residents with dementia. Must demonstrate strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and on-call shifts.
