Leadership opportunity for a full-time Evening Charge Nurse reporting to the Nursing Director, combining hands-on nursing and supervisory duties.
Responsible for planning, organizing, and directing person-centered care programs for residents. Assists in training and leading nursing staff and Resident Assistants, ensuring compliance with regulations. Manages resident care documentation, medication administration, and communicates health concerns to doctors and families. Coordinates staffing, participates in hiring, onboarding, and staff evaluations. Maintains resident files, ensures HIPAA compliance, and oversees inventory and budget. Provides 24/7 on-call support, responds to emergencies, and supports safety and regulatory compliance. Qualifications include RN licensure, healthcare management experience, dementia care expertise, and strong interpersonal skills.
