This leadership role reports directly to the Nursing Director and involves hands-on supervision as an Evening Charge Nurse (2pm-10pm).

  • Responsibilities include planning, developing, and directing person-centered care programs, leading nursing staff and Resident Assistants, managing staff hiring/termination, maintaining resident files, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Additional duties encompass coordinating care, conducting assessments, managing electronic health records, overseeing medications, providing staff training, participating in safety committees, and responding to emergencies.
  • Qualifications include an active RN license, CPR certification, healthcare management experience, and at least 2 years working with residents with dementia. Flexibility, organization, and interpersonal skills are essential.
