Job Description
This leadership role reports directly to the Nursing Director and involves hands-on supervision as an Evening Charge Nurse (2pm-10pm).
Responsibilities include planning, developing, and directing person-centered care programs, leading nursing staff and Resident Assistants, managing staff hiring/termination, maintaining resident files, and ensuring compliance with regulations.Additional duties encompass coordinating care, conducting assessments, managing electronic health records, overseeing medications, providing staff training, participating in safety committees, and responding to emergencies.Qualifications include an active RN license, CPR certification, healthcare management experience, and at least 2 years working with residents with dementia.
