Charge Nurse/RN Supervisor

Job Description

This leadership role reports directly to the Nursing Director and involves hands-on supervision as a full-time Evening Charge Nurse (2pm-10pm) with on-call responsibilities.

Responsibilities include planning, developing, and overseeing person-centered care programs, training staff, managing resident care, maintaining resident files, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Key duties involve coordinating care, completing assessments, managing electronic health records, overseeing medication administration, staffing, and training new employees.

Candidate must be a registered nurse with at least 2 years of nursing experience, including working with dementia patients, managing teams of six or more, and possessing strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
