Job Description

Remedy Medical Group is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist for our San Jose location to serve chronic pain patients in our Functional Restoration Program.

  • Provide individual, group, and psychoeducational therapy, including assessments and case management for injured workers experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and pain-related issues.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to assess and improve treatment plans, ensuring high-quality clinical care.
  • Document all services in the EMR system, adhering to legal and ethical standards.

    • Qualified candidates must hold an active license (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or Psychologist), have strong teamwork and communication skills, and a passion for patient care. Preferred skills include art therapy, bilingual Spanish, and Worker’s Comp experience. This is an onsite, full-time role offering competitive salary and benefits.
