Job Description

We are seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to provide clinical services for chronic pain patients in a collaborative, growing outpatient program in San Jose.

  • Offer individual therapy (e.g., CBT, DBT), psychoeducation, and group psychotherapy to injured workers experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and pain-related issues.
  • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor clinical progress.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including pain management, and participate in team meetings and case conferences.
  • Document care in the EMR system in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
  • Qualifications include licensure as LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or Psychologist, with preferred experience in art therapy, bilingual Spanish, and Worker’s Comp.
