*What You’ll Do*

* Assess and manage patients’ mental health needs, ensuring personalized, high-quality care.
* Prescribe and manage medications under the guidance of a supervising psychiatrist.
* Conduct mental health evaluations and monitor patient progress.
* Collaborate with nursing home staff to address health concerns and foster a supportive environment.
* Maintain accurate and thorough patient records.
* Build trust and compassion with patients, promoting recovery and well-being.

*Your Skills and Experience*

* *Required*:
* Active Nurse Practitioner license with at least *1 year of experience*.
* Strong knowledge of medical guidelines, procedures, and patient care standards.
* Excellent problem-solving, communication, and multitasking skills.
* A caring and collaborative mindset.

*Preferred but Not Required*:

* Experience in *psychiatry* (on-the-job training provided).
