Therapist, $5,000 bonus if licensed
Job Description
We are seeking compassionate Therapists for our outpatient clinic to provide family, individual, and play therapy addressing behavioral health issues.
Eligible licensed therapists will receive a $5,000 bonus (paid in two installments) upon full-time, on-site employment; Masters/associate license candidates are considered but not bonus-eligible.
Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, managing therapy sessions, crisis intervention, and collaborating with team members.
