Primary Therapist

We are looking to add another team member to our family. Our company was founded, and is led by, a team of people who have multiple years of personal recovery and business operation experience.

We are an AHCCCS-based drug and alcohol program with locations in Prescott and Prescott Valley. We offer a full spectrum of programs including inpatient, sober living, full outpatient services, and so much more.

The Primary Therapist position is a very rewarding position working with justice involved members. The right candidate will have a passion for addiction treatment, have an interest in helping those who are economically disadvantaged, and willing to be trained.

*Responsibilities for this position:*
* Establish positive working relationships with clients, clinical staff, and medical staff.
* Provide group and individual therapy to our clients.
* Ability to support all aspects of the 12-steps. ***Personal experience is a plus.
* Work within our Electronic Records Management system to document all clinical interactions.
* Competence with completing necessary paperwork on time, providing insurance/probation updates, meeting deadlines, and attending weekly clinical supervision meetings are required.

*Requirements:*
* Must pass a drug screen.
* At least one year of full-time behavioral health/substance use work experience.
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
* AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card or ability to obtain one (preferred)
* May require to work at our Prescott and/or our Prescott Valley locations.
* Justice involved experience or life experience preferred.

Pay: $45,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year
