Primary Care Physician – Outpatient Only | Rialto, CA

Are you looking for a stable, outpatient-only position with great work-life balance and a strong support team? A well-established clinic in Rialto, California is looking for a Primary Care Physician to step into a busy, existing patient panel after one of their providers recently gave notice.
This is a full-time, Monday-Friday role (8 AM – 5 PM) with no weekends and only minimal phone call (shared rotation, about twice a month). You’ll have the backing of midlevel providers and another physician – so you’re never working alone.

Compensation & Perks
- $280,000-$325,000 base salary (commensurate with experience)
- Relocation assistance: up to $10,000

Who We’re Looking For
- Board Certified / Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Licensed (or able to be licensed) in California
- Open to both new grads and experienced physicians
