Clinical Supervisor (RN) Operating Room /Full-Time

Job Description

The Clinical Supervisor collaborates with Nursing Leadership to oversee daily operations and ensure nursing care safety and quality in a clinical department.

They guide and support nursing staff, manage human resources and budgets, and participate in interdisciplinary patient and family services.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, providing direct patient care when needed, and modeling professionalism and clinical excellence.

Requirements include an RN license (preferably BSN), current certifications (BLS, ACLS, PALS/NRP, TNCC, CPI), and at least 3 years of relevant experience preferred.

Must be adaptable to irregular hours, handle emergencies, and work in a dynamic environment with exposure to infectious diseases and unpredictable situations.

Physical demands involve prolonged standing, patient transfers, and manual dexterity.
