    • The RN manages resident care through assessments, creating and implementing personalized care plans, supervising staff, and ensuring compliance with safety, HIPAA, and BON standards. Key responsibilities include comprehensive assessments, care coordination, supervising nursing staff, maintaining documentation, and fostering a resident-centered environment. Requirements include an approved nursing education program, current RN license, CPR certification, and preferably experience in skilled nursing. Skills needed are leadership, resilience, strong communication, and emotional intelligence.
