Job Description

United Health Services (UHS) seeks a Speech Language Pathologist for our Home Care team, providing personalized evaluation and treatment in patients’ homes to improve communication, cognition, and swallowing.

Responsibilities include interpreting prescriptions, conducting assessments, developing and adjusting evidence-based treatment plans, documenting care, and educating patients and caregivers. Collaboration with team members and participation in care planning are essential.

Qualifications: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, NY State license, CCC or CFY, CPR certification; experience with dysphagia and neurogenic disorders is preferred.
