Seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to join our Home Care team, providing personalized evaluation and treatment in patients’ homes to improve communication, cognition, and swallowing.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing evidence-based plans, adjusting therapy based on progress, documenting care, and educating patients and caregivers.

Qualifications: Master’s degree, CCC from ASHA or CFY candidate, NY State license, CPR certification; preferred experience with dysphagia and neurogenic disorders.
