Job Description

Provide direct mental health counseling and treatment services to clients referred for care.

Positions available in various locations including Texarkana, Nashville, Mineral Springs, Ashdown, Foreman, Dequeen, Horatio, Murfreesboro, Dierks, and Blevins.

Job Function: Mental Health Professionals deliver and document treatment interventions per individualized plans under supervision, ensuring timely and cost-effective services.

Details: Full-time role with a salary range of $75,000-$100,000/year. Schedule is Monday-Friday, day shifts, with on-call responsibilities.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, Arkansas licensure, fluency in English, minimum one year of counseling experience preferred, and ability to work in person. Work locations include in-person settings in Nashville, AR.
