We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join a rural primary care clinic in Arlington, OR, providing high-quality care since 1992. This part-time role (up to 30 hours/week, $120,000/year) offers a modern clinic environment with electronic health records, immediate and scheduled appointments, and services including primary, urgent, and occupational medicine.

Responsibilities include patient education, prescribing medications, diagnosing, ordering tests, overseeing clinical staff, and ensuring quality metrics are met. Ideal candidates should have at least 3 years of rural healthcare experience, hold appropriate Oregon licensure, and enjoy working with diverse patient populations.
