Marin Medical is hiring a social-justice oriented Family Physician at Marin City Health & Wellness Center (MCHWC) in CA. This role involves

direct patient care,

care-team development,

quality improvement,

and

population health management.

The candidate should have experience in community health, a commitment to vulnerable populations, and system/process improvement skills. MCHWC is an FQHC focused on African American health equity, providing comprehensive services including medical, dental, behavioral health, and more. Responsibilities include developing clinical programs, collaborating with partners, contributing to quality management, and offering health education. Qualifications include CA Medical License, board eligibility, experience with diverse populations, and familiarity with electronic health records.
