Job Description
Seeking a social-justice oriented Family Physician to provide direct patient care, develop clinical programs, and contribute to quality improvement efforts at a Federally Qualified Health Center in Marin City.
Work closely with leadership, specialists, and community partners to deliver high-quality, culturally sensitive care to diverse populations.
Engage in care-team development, population health management, and system/process improvements.
Responsibilities include clinical service delivery, health education, patient follow-up, and participation in quality assurance activities.
Qualifications include CA Medical License, Board Certification eligibility, experience in community health, and strong communication skills. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
Full-time, with benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and tuition reimbursement. Schedule is Monday to Friday, no nights, with some travel required.
