Seeking a full-time *Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (AGACNP certified)* or *Physician Assistant* for an open ICU position in Fort Smith, AR.
Work schedule includes 7on/7off rotations with day, swing, and night shifts (7a-7p, 12p-12a, 7p-7a). Patient census is approximately 194, with 2 NP/PA providers per hospitalist team. EMR system is Epic, and the facility has a Level III trauma center. Requires at least 1 year of recent hospital medicine experience and AGACNP or PA certification. Compensation ranges from $128,000 to $148,000 annually, with benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) with matching, paid time off, and flexible scheduling.
