Licensed Clinical Counselor (Must Be Local/Addiction Recovery)

Job Description

We are hiring immediately for a full-time Licensed Clinical Counselor/Licensed Professional Counselor/Mental Health Therapist with a pay range of $65,000-$90,000/year, based on experience.

Job Summary:
Provide compassionate addiction counseling by supervising treatment plans, facilitating group and individual sessions, and monitoring client progress. Develop personalized plans, maintain accurate documentation, and stay updated with best practices in behavioral health.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate clinical groups and conduct one-on-one therapy sessions.
• Create and oversee treatment plans tailored to client needs.
• Communicate progress with the treatment team and clients.
• Maintain thorough records and evaluate intervention outcomes.
• Engage in ongoing professional development.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
• Certified Addiction Counselor Level II required; additional licensure preferred.
• Experience with inpatient settings and addiction treatment.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Commitment to ethical practice and growth.
