We are hiring immediately for a full-time Licensed Clinical Counselor, Licensed Professional Counselor, or Mental Health Therapist to provide compassionate addiction treatment support.
Offering a pay range of $65,000-$90,000/year based on experience, with benefits including 401(k) matching, health/dental/Vision insurance, paid time off, and professional development assistance.
The role involves facilitating clinical groups and individual sessions, developing personalized treatment plans, monitoring client progress, and maintaining accurate documentation in compliance with standards.
Requirements include a Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field, and certification such as Certified Addiction Counselor Level II or equivalent. Familiarity with inpatient settings and strong interpersonal skills are essential.
