Licensed Clinical Counselor (Must Be Local/Addiction Recovery)

Job Description

We are hiring immediately for a full-time Licensed Clinical Counselor/Licensed Professional Counselor/Mental Health Therapist with a salary range of $70,000-$100,000/year based on experience.

Job Summary: Seek a compassionate and skilled counselor to supervise treatment plans, facilitate individual and group sessions, and provide addiction counseling for clients with substance use disorders. The role involves monitoring client progress, maintaining accurate documentation, and participating in professional development.

• Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessments
• Facilitate clinical groups and one-on-one sessions
• Monitor client progress and communicate with the treatment team
• Maintain compliant medical records and evaluate intervention effectiveness
• Stay updated on behavioral health best practices

Requirements: Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field; Certified Addiction Counselor Level II (preferred) or equivalent licensure; familiarity with inpatient settings; strong interpersonal and organizational skills; commitment to ethical practice.
