Job Description

The Wound Care Provider (MD/DO) reports to the CMO and supervises nurses and medical assistants.

They deliver specialized wound care services in home, nursing homes, and assisted living facilities, performing assessments, developing care plans, and educating patients and caregivers.

Qualifications include a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing, current licensure, wound care certification (within 6 months), and at least 2 years of relevant experience.

Essential duties involve evaluating wounds, administering treatments, supervising staff, documenting care, and coordinating with healthcare teams.

Position requires physical stamina, ability to work independently, adapt to various environments, and travel within the region (up to 25%).
