Job Description

The Wound Care Nurse Practitioner (NP), supervised by the CMO, provides specialized wound management in home, nursing homes, and assisted living settings.

  • They assess, develop, and manage individualized wound care plans for patients with chronic wounds and complex skin conditions.
  • They perform treatments, supervise staff, and coordinate care with other healthcare providers.
  • This role requires independent judgment, strong assessment skills, and the ability to work in varied environments.
  • Must be licensed as an NP, with at least 2 years of relevant experience, and complete wound care certification within 6 months.
  • Physical and mental stamina are essential, along with reliable transportation for travel (approximately 25%).
