Responsibilities include overseeing nursing staff and CNAs, conducting performance evaluations, managing resident care plans, ensuring quality standards, and collaborating with medical teams. The role involves daily resident assessments, addressing complaints, implementing policies, and participating in investigations.
Qualifications include RN licensure, ACLS certification (with a 3-month window), strong communication skills, and flexibility. 1-3 years LTC experience preferred but training is available. The position offers a competitive salary starting at $80,000 plus benefits.
