The role involves supervising nursing staff, overseeing resident care, conducting performance evaluations, and ensuring compliance with care standards and policies.
Responsibilities include managing staff, participating in investigations, collaborating with medical teams, developing care plans, conducting rounds, and addressing resident and family concerns. The position requires an RN license, ACLS certification, strong communication skills, and preferably 1-3 years LTC experience, though training is available. Flexibility, teamwork, and exemplary attendance are essential.
Work schedule is 3 12-hour shifts or 4 10-hour shifts per week. Benefits include competitive salary starting at $80,000, health/dental/vision insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and more. The role offers a full-time in-person position with periodic on-call duties.
