Job Description

We are seeking a bilingual (English and Spanish) full-time therapist for outpatient mental health services in Liberal, KS.

Responsibilities include providing individual, family, and group therapy, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, maintaining accurate documentation, and collaborating with a clinical team.

Requirements include a Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or Marriage & Family Therapy, active Kansas licensure (LPC, LP, LMFT, or LMSW), and fluency in both languages. Strong communication skills and a compassionate, client-centered approach are essential.
