Bilingual (Spanish-English) Mental Health Therapist

Job Description

We are seeking a full-time bilingual therapist for outpatient services in Liberal, KS.

Provide individual, family, and group therapy in English and Spanish.

Conduct mental health assessments and develop treatment plans.

Maintain accurate electronic documentation.

Collaborate with the clinical team and participate in supervision and meetings.

Requirements include a Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or Marriage & Family Therapy, active Kansas licensure (LPC, LP, LMFT, or LMSW), fluency in English and Spanish, and strong communication skills. A compassionate, client-centered approach is essential.
