Job Description

We are seeking a bilingual therapist for our outpatient mental health center in Liberal, KS.

Provide individual, family, and group therapy in English and Spanish.

Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain accurate documentation.

Collaborate with team members and participate in supervision and meetings.

Requirements include a Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or Marriage & Family Therapy, active Kansas licensure (LPC, LP, LMFT, or LMSW), and fluency in English and Spanish. Strong communication, engagement skills, and a compassionate approach are essential.
