Job Description
Seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner) passionate about compassionate, high-touch wound care and healing.
Providing mobile wound care services in patients’ homes with personalized treatment plans, assessments, and advanced procedures such as surgical debridement.
Full-time, salaried role with Monday-Friday schedule, no on-call, weekends, evenings, or holidays.
Requires local travel (reimbursed), with training, equipment, and supplies provided.
Qualifications include accreditation as NP or PA, at least 1 year of clinical experience, wound care experience a plus, and active state licensure with prescriptive authority.
Responsibilities involve patient assessments, developing care plans, medication management, education, and communication with care teams.

Salary ranges from $130,500 to $200,000 annually.
