We are hiring Nurse Practitioners for a mobile wound care practice serving patients in their homes and Assisted Living Facilities in Allegheny County and nearby areas.
Provide comprehensive assessments, develop individualized care plans, and monitor wound healing progress.
Communicate effectively with patients and families, and educate on health management.
Use EHR systems for documentation and collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure quality care.
