We are seeking a dedicated Wound Care Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive wound management across various healthcare settings, including skilled nursing and assisted living facilities.
Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans Administer wound treatments and advanced therapies Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes Educate patients and families on wound care and prevention Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with HIPAA using EMR systems Support clinical research and assist with pain management Bring experience in critical care, outpatient settings, procedures, and EMR systems Familiarity with geriatric, hospice, pediatric care, and infection control Preferred skills include telehealth, behavioral health, and home care experience This full-time role offers a salary of $120,000-$150,000 annually plus benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and flexible scheduling. The position involves both in-person work and contributes to enhancing patient recovery and care quality.
